Clean Eating Pt. 1

After my Mom was working all day I decided to cook dinner for her and my Aunt. Trying to eat heathy and something Paleo OK for my Mom I found this amazing recipe for Cauliflower Pizza from a health blog Nutrition Stripped. After cooking the Pizza, which is super freaking EASYYYYY, i explored the nutrition stripped blog and found a ton of more amazing recipes I will definitely be cooking.



1. pizza sauce, tomatoes, chicken sausage, onions, green pepper and cheese 
2. pizza sauce, tomatoes, chicken sausage and onions (Paleo all the way)

Tomorrow will be a big hospital day with my first blood transfusion ever = 5 hours of sitting in chair! All silly videos/pictures/messages/emails are welcome to occupy me.  I am sure it won't be my last either.  Just another notch in the belt....

    1. Thanks Martha! Yes I do knit and you just reminded me to go get some knitting needles so I can whip up some christmas presents!!
