The last few days I have spent organizing and figuring out the new odds and ends. Could I get my blood drawn at my Dr's office in Philly? Why yes I can! WOOHOO that was probably the easiest thing. The hardest would be getting this crazy magical drug. I have been on the phone almost every day with this or that person trying to figure this nonsense out. where to get a package delivered if it requires a signature - I wrote that top part last night and man are they fast! It came this morning. phew that little dilemma is over.
But a quick update medical wise. My red blood cells are rising woo-hoo for more hemoglobin. My platelets have come up since last week, but my white blood cells are still decreasing. These little buggers need to get their act together and get their numbers back up. I am still off of my cancer crazy medicine and just waiting for those counts to go up! Since my white counts are so low I have started a strong antibiotic to fight off any infection I may come into contact, especially since we leave for Barcelona today. I am not a medicine kind of person and this is getting out of hand because I am now also taking a pro-biotic to help keep all of the good enzymes that the anti-biotic is killing. Blah
Fun things are to come... I will be quiet on here for a little bit as I am off to Barcelona with my man for the week! We are hoping for good health and crazy fun vacation :)
