still here...with a little less potassium than normal

Hello! I am sorry I have been neglecting this blog lately. Man is it difficult  to blog on top of work and school and studying. By the time I would normally get around to blogging I am all 'i just want to relax and do nothing but stare at a TV for maybe 5 minutes before I pass out.' So hopefully I can get this post out before I fall asleep :)

I am currently in search of high potassium foods. My latest blood test has shown normal values for RBC's and WBC's, but a little low in potassium levels and low platelets. Platelets no bueno but they aren't super low so now I just have a few gnarly bruises. But potassium in your blood does a lot more than you think I googled it. It helps maintain muscle function in particular your cardiac muscle! SO for someone who HATES, I mean I can barely stand the smell of, bananas I am on the lookout for other yummy high in potassium foods! Suggestions would be great :) Talk to me people!

But on awesome amazing notes look at our amazing team! Last Friday we held a fundraiser and raised over $200. I have been absolutely amazed by the generosity and kind words our E team has received we are now the top 6th group fundraiser for the Philly walk! Look:

I have a lot more I need to catch up writing wise on this blog but for now this little update will do!
