So I have been very bad at keeping this up but I am back at it again and have decided to challenge myself for the month of March. What better way to keep me accountable than putting it out there for everyone to know.
I have decided to take on the Whole 30 challenge starting Monday. Yes its 3 days into the month but I needed time to prep, grocery shop and de-carb my cabinets! The challenge is basically a Paleo diet. Here are the full details of what you can and cannot eat. Basically protein, veggies, fruits and few natural fats!
This is seriously going to be a major challenge for me since I am still working on being a "good" eater. This challenge will really take me out of my comfort zone and force me to try new things! I would love for anyone to join me and help me along this challenge. Please send me all links, recipes, ideas , positive encouragement my way. I will need it!
I really need to step up my picture taking game so there are fun things to look at on this blog :) ...hopefully next post!
