1. throw out your ideas for what should be eaten for breakfast/lunch/dinner eat anything at any meal time (steak for breakfast

2. PREPARE,PREPARE,PREPARE
3. sweet potatoes are your BEST friend (or just mine!)

5. nomnompaleo.com
Those are my quick 5 tips for going Paleo. Honestly preparation is the biggest key to success here. I spent about 3/4 hours on average every sunday prepping all of my meals for the week. That way every morning I could just grab my breakfast, steak and eggs, 2 hardboiled eggs, some chicken.. heat it up and be out the door in the same amount of time it takes to eat a bowl of cereal. And then grab my lunch and when I get home from going to work, then class and the gym I have my dinner all ready to heat up and eat. There is no space to think about grabbing some pizza or a ordering out. Heating it up is so much quicker!
Here was my first shopping trip all laid out!
waiting in line at whole foods for 45 mins because I shopped the day before a storm came oops!

no blog is complete without pictures, and I am trying to get better about documenting things.
